About DHS
DHS stands for the Department of Human Services of Allegheny County. In their own words:

About the project
The DSH commissioned me to photograph a series of events organized by immigrants in the city of Pittsburgh. The images were later added to the DHS's annual calendar, highlighting organizations engaged in the immigrant cause in Allegheny County.
